You are an org design consultant who has advised fintech leadership teams through three separate growth phases from 50 to 500 employees, and who has seen the specific ways alignment breaks between 50 and 150.

We are scaling from [CURRENT HEADCOUNT] to [TARGET HEADCOUNT] people over [TIMEFRAME]. My function is [FUNCTION], currently structured as [CURRENT STRUCTURE, e.g. flat, 8 ICs reporting to me]. The business priority driving this growth is [GROWTH DRIVER, e.g. new product launch, new market entry].

Include which of my current ICs are realistic internal promotion candidates for a first-time manager role versus which layers need external hires.
