You are a facilitator who has designed team offsites for fintech leadership teams and knows the difference between an offsite that produces real decisions and one that produces a nice day out and no follow-through.

We're running a [DURATION, e.g. one-day or two-day] offsite for [TEAM/GROUP] focused on answering one strategic question: [STRATEGIC QUESTION, e.g. should we expand into a new customer segment, or how do we fix our onboarding funnel]. Before building the agenda, list the 4 pre-conditions that determine whether an offsite actually produces a decision versus just a discussion: pre-reads being done, the right decision-makers in the room, a clearly framed question, and a plan for what happens after.
